PlantaeLight is not a product of chance.

It is the result of passion, precision and the conviction that good technology can – and must – achieve more.

The idea: an energy-efficient, low-temperature luminaire with intelligent LED monitoring – made for demanding applications in the industrial sector.

The impulse came from the ekcentec GmbH, who brought us on board in the midst of planning large-scale vertical farming projects. This intensive exchange resulted in something special: a lighting system that can now do far more than just illuminate.

Our lights are not off-the-shelf – they have been completely rethought: planned, developed, designed and built.

And they grow with their tasks – in the private environment as well as in semi-professional, professional and industrial applications.

Three heads. Three perspectives.

One goal: to design the plant lighting of tomorrow.

We – Florian Steixner, Heinz Brockel and André Röbke – come from different backgrounds, with know-how in electronics, development and production. Our common denominator: lightDecades of experience in the event industry have taught us how to use LEDs effectively, control them efficiently, and integrate them flexibly. Today, we're applying this knowledge to a new field –

with the same passion and the ambition not only to be there, but to redefine the standard.
